How to experience that the whole thing is one consciousness in meditation. In order to experience that everything is one consciousness in musing, first we have to look at what is stopping you from knowing oneness .
And what is stopping you is your thinking? Not genuinely envisioning itself but your discovery with it. It is the realizing this moment with your thoughts that stop you from feeling that everything is one consciousness .
When you characterize, describe or evaluate something, you have discriminated yourself from it. It is your thinking that discriminates you from everything else. It is what envisioning is supposed to do. It is supposed to label and categorize everything it experiences smart detox murah. But in doing so, it makes the experience of an individual’ you’ that is separate from everything else .
This does not mean you have to stop envisioning all together in order to experience that everything is one consciousness. But if you do not have speculations to characterize your experience in this moment, how do you know this moment ?
One way you know this moment is awareness. And if you become your attention to awareness without employing speculations to define your experience, then there is only awareness. There is nothing outside of awareness. “Theres only” consciousness .
You might notice that there still is a feeling of breakup in this. Because “you think youre” remaining in consciousness, but that consciousness does not touch “the worlds”, it remains transcendent of it .
And the moment you take part in “the worlds” again, the issue is breakup. So where is that know that everything is one consciousness ?
The answer is, we look at the other behavior to event that everything is one consciousness and that is through sensibility. You simply have to tighten your attention back into its more primal know of sensibility. Experiencing is also awareness but it connects awareness with everything. It moves you immediately into the experience of oneness in musing .
When I answer detecting, I am not be submitted to sensation, but actual sensibility, how it feels to exist in this moment .
First, close your eyes in this moment and let your attention remain in the how it feels to exist in this moment, without labeling it, exactly detecting it .
This is not something you can do with gues. It is more simple than gues, you exactly find into this moment. Without gues, what is the experience of existing in this moment? Feel its own experience .
If you do this, you are able to feel that everything is one consciousness because at high levels of sensibility, “they dont have” separation from anything. Everything is just formless vitality. Simply in gues, in defining does everything take on form and solidity. But with your eyes shut, when you feel yourself existing in this moment, everything is formless vitality. Everything is seemed as one consciousness .
